Seth is a stellar agent in every way possible. He helped us find the perfect home in location, price, space, and in time! At first, we had a narrow list of exactly what we wanted. We started looking in the Fall and could not find a good place. So, we expanded our search to other areas and Seth was gracious with us the whole time as we had to work through our own process of what we really wanted. We went under contract with a home that we were kind of settling on simply because there wasn't much out there. It was kind of painful to come to the realization that that home was not right for us, and luckily, we were able to back out of the deal due to a denied repair request. Again, Seth was very gracious and patient with us. Seth stayed on top of the listings each day and kept us competitive with our offers, even though some did not go our way. Until, a particular Friday morning listing popped up in the exact place, price, and space we wanted. He called me and said that he had the contract ready and we were the first ones to see the home. We got in our offer right away and was able to go under contract after the sellers got many offers!
